Yoga therapy is a special experience that will elevate your health and increase your well-being. After a short interview, a private session will focus on your specific needs using yoga poses, breathing exercises, Qi Gong (similar to Tai Chi, used as a warm-up) and relaxation and/or mediation techniques.

Yoga therapy is especially helpful for people who feel inadequate or uncomfortable in an open and crowded class.

Advanced yoga and cardiovascular options are available.
